Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every order is hand-packed at our fulfillment center and ships within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders confirmed after 1 PM ET on Friday begin processing the following Monday. The transit times below start the day the carrier picks up the package, not the day you buy. We keep the two numbers separate so the date you get is a date you can trust.

Where we ship

We ship to all fifty states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take two to three extra business days. We don't ship internationally yet.

Tracking

Your tracking link is emailed automatically as soon as the carrier scans your package. If tracking goes three business days without an update, email contact@aerafitwear.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier for you. You don't have to do that alone.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it on us. Send a photo of the packaging within seven days of the delivery scan and we'll ship a replacement right away, without waiting for the carrier claim to close.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that isn't right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant or makeup marks, and have original tags attached. Activewear is worn against the skin, so try it on over underwear and keep the tags on until you're sure.

What we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, the items below are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened:

• Socks
• Headbands and scrunchies

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty. Manufacturing defects are always covered, regardless of category.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@aerafitwear.com with your order number and which items you're returning.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label and return address.
3. Drop off the package with the label. Keep the receipt until your refund hits.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within three business days of your return arriving and passing inspection. Your bank takes another five to ten days to post the credit. That part is out of our control. Exchanges ship as soon as your return is scanned, so you don't wait twice.

Exchanges are free within the US. For refunds, a flat $6 label fee is deducted from the returned amount. We'd rather say it here than surprise you at the end.

Wrong or faulty item

If we sent the wrong size, wrong color, or an item with a manufacturing defect, we cover everything: return label, replacement shipping, and no fee. Send a photo and we'll fix it.

Sizing help before you buy

The cheapest return is the one that never happens. Every product page has a size chart taken from the actual garment, plus a fit note on how that style runs compared to the rest of the line. If you're between sizes in leggings, size down for more compression and size up for more comfort. Our Size guide explains measurements in detail, and you can always ask us before buying.
