Finished with a chainstitch overlock, featuring a bartack on the topstitch to reinforce the twist, which is the point where a headband usually gives way. Silver reflective logo on the side. UPF 50+. One size was a design decision, not a cost-saving one: the HYPER fabric is two-way stretch, so the headband adjusts instead of being sized. The bartack at the twist point was added after the first sample, which opened up with use.
